How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I eat until I'm full!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
As CFH's head coach. I do the programming. Trying read and learn as much as I can from other coaches who are changing people's lives. Programming is there to change and make a difference, not just to keep people busy for an hour.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I'm not a athlete, or never was. Did some running and even less swimming. But nothing to write home about.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
Tried it. Got my friggin' ass kicked. And eventually fell more and more in love with it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Thursdays and Sundays are my rest days. Call me lazy... ;)
