My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I'm not a athlete, or never was. Did some running and even less swimming. But nothing to write home about.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

Tried it. Got my friggin' ass kicked. And eventually fell more and ore in love with it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Wednesdays and Sundays are my rest days. Depeding on my body, Wednesdays can be a active rest.
