How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I mostly eat Paleo, however, I cheat on occasion. During the open I will be strict!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I always train 2X/week, but I'm going for 3 or 4! I just want to stay fit, active, feel great and challenge myself once in a while!
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I think I was on every team in High School, but I excelled in Tennis, Swimming and believe it or not, Badminton! CSULB Rowing Team 2.5 years Fencing Club in College I have competed in 2 triathlons
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I had a great olympic lifting coach in my 30-40's which I have always done, so it was easier to transition to crossfit later in life. All Good Stuff!
My Work/Rest Schedule
In reality, I do best with about 4-5 workouts per week. For sure, at least 3 Crossfit, 1-2x/week I hike and take one yoga class per week. Occasionally I take a cycling class.
