How I Eat
I eat Paleo meals pretty much every day but supplement them with protein shakes & vast quantities of Dairy Milk goodness
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train at Crossfit West Yorkshire & find it impossible to motivate myself to do any form of exercise out of class. Which is my main reason for taking up Crossfit.
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
Well, as professional as a swimmer can be!?! I swam in the Europeans, world champs & was a finalist in the 2002 Commonwealh Games. Lucky enough to swim in the same pool as Ian Thorpe & Grant Hackett, fingers crossed they don't find Crossfit!!!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I found Crossfit when training for the toughest competitor alive event at last years world police & fire games in New York.
My Work/Rest Schedule
Since returning from the states I have found it tough getting back into any kind of training & have averaged about 2 sessions per week.
