I began CrossFitting in January of 2005 while stationed in the UK. Coming from an endurance athlete background, I was amazed at the lack of relative strength and how quickly I adapted. By far my greatest weakness was the Olympic lifts, so my primary focus for the last 5 years has been Olympic weightlifting (both coaching and competing).
