How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Try eating more quality foods most of the time, but fall off a bit. Goal is to cut down on the salts/sugars.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at an amazing place, Hardass Fitness-CrossFit Hawaii. It's like family (ohana) where the support is amazing and the people are even better. There are many boxes out there, but Hardass Ftiness (HAF) shines above the rest. Kimo (owner) is there for you every step of the way and has opened this amazing world of CrossFit to me.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to workout 4 times a week, but striving for 5-6.
