Bio

This is my sixth CrossFit Games season and this year I'm competing for two! I'm expecting my first child in September 2014. I will be keeping track of my Open experience on my blog http://strongerandfaster.wordpress.com as I expect it will be very different than in the past. I'm excited to be the biggest cheerleader I can be for all of our CrossFit OKC athletes!
