I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I eat whatever is convenient

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

100% to the program at CrossFit Active. Just recently have had some shoulder issues and working on that, doing my own training at CrossFit HUT which I'm the owner (military affiliate)

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Snow and water ski, mountain bike, touch footy.... Anything. Wanna get into base jumping!!!!

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I strictly schedule my rest days

5 on - 2 off per week. 1 separate mobility/recovery session on most days
