My name is Celene Steele and I am a senior in college at the university of Kentucky where I am studying Human Health Sciences. I will be attending the College of Dentistry at Uk in the fall where I will be studying the next 4 years to become a dentist. I compete to better myself physically and mentally. Competing helps me stay focused in and out of school and makes my life more enjoyable. I was a competitive swimmer for 12 years, so when I quit 2 years ago, I needed something to spark my competiveness again. Crossfit for sure does that.
