I have been crossfiting for about a year and a half and have followed my coach Mike Tromello to his own gym. He does all my skill and lifting programing and he also programs the WODS for the entire gym. I follow all WOD posted, and then I do addition lifting and skill training.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I was a cheerleader from 4-20years of age, it is a true passion of mine and fits my personality completely. After I quit competition cheerleading in college I was looking for another outlet. Then I found crossfit, and surprisingly enough for me it keeps me doing some core cheerleading skills such as handstands!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
From day one of crossfit I was hooked!
