How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My education as a chef gives me the advantage of a very good knowledge to food and how to eat. The fact that its not a problem for me at all to change the "menu" makes it easier I think, to stay on Paleo. Also with my boyfriend being the founder of the danish take away restaurant called PALÆO, have given me some ideas for meals and living.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
My cross fit center, Butchers Lab in Copenhagen was my first cross gym ever. I loved it from the first box jump and don't think I´ll ever wanna do "normal" sports again:)
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
My background in swimming, gymnastic, football, boxing and yoga have given me a big understanding for my own body and what it can do.
