I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I believe in organic, natural and healthy food. Also, enjoy your life and live with respect for yourself and the people around you. If you are tired and hurt, REST If your hungry, EAT If your sad, WORKOUT If your happy, LIVE! If you did a good PR, REWARD OURSELF with cake!

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
My crossfit center, Butchers Lab in Copenhagen was my first cross gym ever. I loved it from the first box jump and don't think I´ll ever wanna do "normal" sports again:)
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
My background in swimming, gymnastic, football, boxing and yoga have given me a big understanding for my own body and what it can do.
