I have been doing Crossfit for 14mo. and I love it. I am very competitive and this sport drives me to push harder and harder.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I dont measure but I am about 95% Paleo
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I am a firefighter so I do stay active, also I wrestled in high school which i think was a good base for the mental aspect of Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
about a 4 on 1 off or sometimes a 5 on 2 off.
