I train with my buddies 6 am before work Mon, Tues, Wed, & Friday. Run 5 miles on Saturday. Rest Thursday & Sunday. My amigo Joe is our programmer/coach.... but he's mostly an OUTLAW.

I played youth or high school level sports
Before CrossFit I was a runner. Ran 7 marathons. Got bored so swtiched to triathlons for 3 years. Started CrossFitting to improve triathlon performance. Now all I do is CrossFit.
