How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My died is high protein but I do enjoy the simple things in life. I try to not eat sugar unless its right after a work out.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
My work outs consist of mostly strength training exercises with a cross fit exercise thrown in.

I played youth or high school level sports
I played track in field in high school

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I strictly schedule my rest days
Mon- Heavy Lift day, WOD Tues- Rest Wed- Intense training day Thurs- Morning work out/Evening work out Fri- Rest Sat- Intense training day Sun- Rest
