This will be my third Open competition and for the first time, I truly feel like I'm ready. So anxious to see this year's WOD lineup and get started!
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Monday through Saturday, I follow a pretty strict Paleo regimen. Sundays are cheat days; typically just one or two meals, though I will have full days on occasion.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I'm a full-time coach at CrossFit Springfield, which allows for excellent training opportunities. I'm incorporating strict endurance and strength days into my schedule this year and it seems to be helping quite a bit.
