Train at CrossFit New England, CrossFit Hingham, and Reebok CrossFit One. When I am lucky enough to be home in my garage gym I workout there.

I played youth or high school level sports
Played lacrosse, soccer, and skied competitively in high school.

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
Like many, I once found CrossFit through the interwebs and slowly became hooked.
