I've previously done fitness camp/boot camp workouts, gone to a traditional gym, and started doing Crossfit in late January 2012.

I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I had previously taken some workouts, or parts of workouts off the main site and incorporated them into what I did at a traditional gym. I just recently made the full switch to working out at a box as my main method of training.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month

Less than 6 months
