How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
In mid December 2011, I started eating more Primal than strict Paleo and have gone wheat/gluten free.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I record my workouts
I incorporate CF into my other workouts, which include running, rowing on the erg and biking.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
From 2005 -2011 I was intensively involved with Team In Training, having participated in several 1/2 marathons, 3 marathons and two tri events. For 2012 I decided to shake things up a bit and started Karate and CF in January. Now that it is 2013, I am back with Team In Training and am training for a 25K trail race and a Olympic distance run/bike duathlon.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CF at Dlablo CF in January 2012 and am really enjoying it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I try and workout at least 5 days a week and have two rest days.
