How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
My diet is pretty basic. I try to eat well-rounded meals, getting enough protein, fruits and vegetables.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
The only athletic activity I did from when I was 9 or 10 till about 15 was dance. I didn't really work out or exercise when I was in college, but I've been doing Crossfit for over 2 years now. One of the best decisions I ever made.
My Experience With CrossFit
I started Crossfit because my family was already going quite often, and they encouraged me to join. I started coming every so often when I was home from school on a break, and once I graduated I started going 4 times a week, averaging about 3 times a week now.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I usually work out 3-4 days a week, depending on my schedule, usually only one workout a day.
