How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I don't eat strict but since doing a 30-day Paleo Challenge at the end of last year, I have changed my eating habits and look at food in a completely different light.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
When I'm in the UK I train at Dragon Crossfit, Cardiff. Whilst I am in Tasmania working, I train at Crossfit 42 South in Hobart. I like to mix up the times I train, but as hard as it is, I do train best in the early morning sessions.
My Athletic Background
I played professional sports
Not quite professional, but International sprinter (60m/100m/200m and the odd 400m) in the past. Through my involvement in athletics and the fact that the sea plays a major part of my life, I got into this minority but exciting sport known as Surf Life Saving, my main events are the beach sprint and flags. I've represented Wales and GB, competed at Junior European and World Championship standards. I've been involved in two Talent ID programmes; one for for Bob Skeleton where I was part of a GB Olympic Potential squad for 2 years and also Wales Women's Rugby Sevens and an Invitational team known as the Akuma Dragons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Began in January 2012.
