I'm a mother of two great girls that support & encourage me to do crossfit it has become a lifestyle.... joined april 18, 2011 so it's almost has been 6 year's it's a huge part of my life ! I have really seen changes in myself thanks to my coaches,workouts and diet. My strength has really improved and can do a lot of the WOD'S perscribed mind you there are still some I have to scale but am working on it lol. I find crossfit very challenging but well worth the results and can't imagine going back to a regular gym, I love working out with the great bunch of people in our box and they have become family to me! I've decided to do this open to see if I have improved from last year and in another year from now, look back and see where I'm at. So good luck to all, cheers. Stephanie
How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
Breakfast, 1 cup egg whites , Mid Morning snack fruit berries Lunch, salad& chicken, Mid aft snack, protein bar Dinner, protein pancakes Evening Snack, egg whites & whatever macros I have left lol
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
Have always gone to a gym on a fairly regular basis.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Workout at Crossfit Cambridge Ontario and love it , one of the best boxes around!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I faithfully do crossfit 4- 5 x a week.
