I'm a mother of two great girls that encourage me to do crossfit , joined april 18 2011 so it's almost has been 4 year's and it has become a big part of my life! I have really seen changes in myself thanks to my coaches,workouts and diet. My strength has really improved and can do a lot of the WOD'S perscribed mind you there are still some i have to scale but am working on it lol. . I find crossfit very challenging but well worth the results and can't imagine going back to a regular gym, I love working out with the great bunch of people in our club and they have become family to me! I've decided to do this open to see if i have improved from last year and in another year from now, look back and see where I'm at. So good luck to all, cheers. Stephanie
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Breakfast, 3 eggs, 3 pieces bacon, bowl of fruit Mid Morning snack fruit and greek yogurt Lunch, salad& chicken, fruit Mid aft snack, egg and nuts Dinner, meat, salad Evening Snack, cottage cheese

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
