How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I daily eat the Bread of Life and and drink Living Water. I try to eat every couple hours and I make sure to have a good balance in all my meals.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I started playing sports at a young age. I have always been athletic. After high school I lifted a little but thats all.
