Thanks to Glenn D'Avanzo for introducing me to CrossFit! "Thanks, Glenn!" Took the Level 1 and CF Kids course to be able to effectively teach some of the components to the students in my school district.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Three days on, one day off; two days on, one day off.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
1st year, 1x/wk; now in 2nd year of 5x/wk. Hate rest days, but have found them essential!
