I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I just started going to a trainer the past couple months to learn technique and change my current workout routine.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I love to excercise and compete. Last year I got second place in my first figure contest. I NEED to compete. It is part of who I am. I started out competing in local running races, picked up kettle bells and now I needed something different. I love crossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Only about 3 months but I always train hard:-)
