How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat five times a week at my restaurant, Serrano (www.serrano.nu). Then at home my wife and I eat mostly paleo. I do intermittent fasting with 16 hour fasting every day.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I work out 4-5 times a week at CrossFit Nordic in Stockholm. I just do the normal workouts and don't normally train on my own.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played soccer and other sports until I was 18. Since then I've worked out and played soccer. I started CrossFit 2 years ago.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started CrossFit at Fighter Centre in Stockholm and then moved to CrossFit Nordic where I train today.
