How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo with the occasional treat thrown in (my grandmother got me addicted to Walkers Shortbread cookies...I think it's genetic). I also can't start my morning without home brewed coffee and coconut or almond milk.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I swam competitively for 13 years, including four years at a D1 school, and was the USMS Age 25-29 Champion in the 50 yard breaststroke in 2012. These days, outside of CrossFit, I generally love any sport/pursuit that gets me outdoors!
