Currently following RAW Strength and Conditioning for my programming (, training alongside Jess Coughlan in her backyard on the Gold Coast –I am enjoying the heavy workload and the programming is really creative and different to what I have done in previous years. My goal for the 2014 games season is to continue to push the limits and prove myself wrong, and have fun… whatever rewards come my way are a bonus. I’m just happy to be able to do what I love. Proudly supported by Reebok Australia, Body Science (BSC) and Lou Ferguson (who keeps me in working order).
