How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Crossfit mixed with a balanced diet has seemed to work for me over the past 2 years, but I am very aware of my shortcomings with increasing strength, endurance and stamina because of an undisciplined diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I also ride my road bike periodically along with hiking.

I played youth or high school level sports
Basketball, Cross Country, Triathlons, and Volleyball.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Typical week consists of Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
