I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit

I started Crossfit to go with a friend who would not go alone with no intention of doing it more than once as I thought I was too old for the workouts we had heard about. After the first day that I was able to do the workout I have never stopped and crossfit has become my life and the people I work out with are my crossfit family. I recommend Crossfit for anyone no matter what your age is

My Work/Rest Schedule

I usually only do 1 workout a day

I try and do 4 to 5 workouts a week with 2 rest days
