How I Eat
I eat mostly meat and vegetables/fruit, and I try to stick to one cheat meal a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I train every day and listen to my body for when to take rest days. I try to keep training as random as possible and surf other CrossFit Boxes for inspiration.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I played every sport I could get my hands on. I competed to a high level in Running, Triathlon and Multi-sport.
My Experience With CrossFit
I am a coach and co-owner of CrossFit Dunedin, New Zealand, and now Coaching in Kuwait.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I train anywhere from 1-3 times per day and rest when my body tells me to.
