I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a diet based on bacon, chased with vodka tonics. My post Hurricane Sandy bulking phase has been awesome and I've decided to continue it.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
CrossFit King of the Beach to "stay busy" after the New York City marathon in 2011. There's been no looking back since.
