How I Eat
2012: I eat lots of chocolate and beer. Mmmmmm Beeeer... 2013: This year I have substituted the beer for more chocolate
How I Train
2012: I took 6 weeks off over Xmas and new year to eat chocolate and drink beer. Started my training for the open today 15th Feb by doing max pushups. 25! Not bad. 2013: This year I broke a couple of ribs pre-christmas and I injured a couple of discs in my back 3 weeks ago. All going according to plan so far.

2012: I like to play pool and frolf. 2013: I haven't played much pool or frolf! (See "How I train")
My Experience With CrossFit
2012: It kills me every time I do it. Hence the 6 week break. 2013: It's still tough but the injuries allow me some down time. (Praise be to the injuries)
My Work/Rest Schedule
2012: I strictly schedule my rest days 2013: 80/20 rule applies. Rest 80% of the time and work 20% of the time. Alfredo Pareto was onto something!

2012: 6-12 Months 2013: Less than 6 months? (Feel like it!)
