I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My whole family does Crossfit started by my wife three years ago - who dragged us all along and after a few weeks we joined and have never looked back! I am now at Crossfit - 4 - 5 times a week.
