How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Always working on my diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
Most of 2012 included 3 days per week at CFM and 1 day of running. My plan for 2013 is 4 days per week at CFM and cycling once a week.
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Since joining CFM in Nov 2012, the results have far exceeded expectations.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I try to spread out my 3 classes in order to rest. I run on my rest days.
