I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I'm not near as consistant as I once was due to school now.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have coached at my affiliate but haven't in a while.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work approx 16 hour shifts on the weekends so that doesn't allow time to train so those are my rest days.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
first 2 years very consistant, last 2 not very consistant with one full year off. :-/
