Iâ€™m a wife and mother of four sticky kids. I work a civil service desk job (yes sitting a lot), a firefighter and training for life, a hula dancer, a soccer mom, photographer shooting little leagues, a new business owner of The Sox Box â€¦AND somewhere in between there Iâ€™m a Crossfitter. I love it and Iâ€™m developing an addictive passion for consistently trying to one-up myself at each WOD. Becauseâ€¦one day Iâ€™ll run a call and someoneâ€™s life will depend on it, maybe even my own.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to adhere to the Paleo/Primal ways. I haven't had fast food in over a year. In-and-Out burger doesn't count. I finally learned not to cook so many 'paleo' treats.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I was a chunky girl that blossomed into a very fertile woman and was NEVER athletic. NEVER. I tried. I even signed myself up for my first sport of highschool basketball. The benches were never warmer. Let me also add that I was always the last one around the track for P.E. runs and the first one to get hurt playing any sports. Coordination, not my best skill. Surprises me that they even let me hula.
