How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a pretty simple diet. Paleo-style most of the week. Animal protein, veggies and fruit. No weighing or measuring...that blows. Cheat day once a week where good beer is my main fuel.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train and coach at NEPA Crossfit. It's been my home since 2009. Innovative programming and constant competition lead to continual improvement. Occasional runs and hill sprints are fun to change up the training atmosphere.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played football in high school for Bishop Hoban and I played Rugby in college for the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Breakers.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I began Crossfitting at NEPA Crossfit in June of 2009. In January of 2010 I was certified and began coaching at NEPA Crossfit. I've attended and completed a Crossfit Level 1 Certification, a USAW Olympic Lifting Certification, Rob Orlando's Strongman Certification and Kelly Starrett's Mobility Certification.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I follow NEPA Crossfit's programming daily and throw in my own workouts whenever I feel like another wod. Rest days are usually scheduled, sometimes different depending on how I'm recovering.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I've been Crossfitting since June of 2009.
