I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mostly lean beef & turkey, eggs, avocado,spinach and a variety of other veggies. Berries, apples, some mango

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Currently 3 days Strength and 2-3 metcons per week.

I competed on the National & Regional levels for Boca Raton Beach Patrol 6 years. 91-97 4x100 relay (Anchor) Surf dash Flags (30 yrd sprint event) Line pull DownHill, Four Cross & Dual Slalom - MTN Bike Racing- 05-11 MBS Turkey Challenge 2011 (Team)
