How I Eat
I'm on the pterodactyl diet...since the paleo cave man couldn't fly whatever the pterodactyl ate was the superior diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
outside of the gym I am a professional slap boxer which requires great hand/eye coordination so I have to play a lot of call of duty and Grand Theft Auto V.

I played youth or high school level sports
basically. so ya. the end.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
it all started on the set of a snuff film between scenes.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
i like to balance working out days with adequate active recovery.
