Affiliate Owner and Level 2 CrossFit Coach and Personal Trainer. I've owned my affiliate- Southern Columbus CrossFit for over 10+ years and have been doing CrossFit for almost 12 years. I've completed in the CrossFit Open 10 times, along with many local competitions. I compete each year to challenge myself and see where I need to focus my training for the next year. I also like to see how I match up against other local competitors and those in my age group. It's a lot of fun and I love every minute. I encourage all my athletes and members to take part. It’s awesome to see the community come together and push each other every week.
