I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I live in Tahoe so that I can bike, ski, skate ski, hike, climb, whatever the season is. I Crossfit because I love it and because it makes me so much stronger for playing outside!
