How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat clean but not crazy. Includes carbs (rice, some fruits) for performance pre- and post-wod.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I follow OPT and train in the presence of other OPT disciples that push me to be stronger, faster, and better.
