How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I sure as shit don't do the Zone.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I try to do the "Filthy 50" at least once a week, but I sub SDHPs for the back extensions. And I never do EMOMs
My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played Sousaphone in the marching band (this is not a joke) my Sr. Year in HS. This is the catalyst for my drive for athletic dominance.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I train other people
My L1 is going to run out in may. I dont think they will allow me to renew it.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
