How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I follow a Paleo for athletes diet when preparing for competition. When not prepping for a competition I struggle with dieting.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I workout exclusively at CrossFit Now with some badass athletes. I program the daily workouts and Chris DeRosa programs the competitor workouts during two a days.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
High School Football.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I train other people
I earned my level 1 in May 2010. I've attended The CrossFit Running and Endurance cert, Pose Running cert, and the CrossFit Mobilty cert. I'm also a certified LE PT and DT instructor. I train a bunch of badasses at CrossFit Now.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I learned a lot about rest last year, I didn't get any. This year rest is prioritized above training. So far so good.
