How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat well and cook most of my own meals. Not paleo necessarily, but lots of protein and veggies. I also love beer.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
Prior to CF, I ran 7 marathons (3:17 PR) and 12 or so half-marathons.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
CF 3 times a week with some running days.
