How I Eat
I eat unreasonable amounts of bacon. I'm also currently on day 9,521 of The Non-Paleo challenge.
How I Train
I lift a ton of heavy sh*t, and make loud obnoxious noises. I find that intimidating my opponents adds a necessary level of mental degradation on top of the destromination I'm already dropping on their faces like a massive teabag full of victory.

My Experience With CrossFit
Crossfit changed my life. Before crossfit, I was not elite. I was un-elite. It was unacceptable and demotivating. But now, with the help of mainstream marketing and $60 shorts, everyone knows EXACTLY how elite I am.
