How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat Paleo as much as possible and would consider myself an 80/20 Paleo eater.. Although, when im doing a Paleo Challenge, it is 100% paleo all the time....

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I train other people
CrossFit has been one of the most thrilling sports I have ever taken part in. The thrill and challenge that I get from CrossFit pushed me to open my own BOX so that I could share what I have learned with others.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
i try to follow a 3on 1off schedule as much as my work schedule will allow...
