How I Eat
I try to eat as much as I can, as often as I can, as clean as I can.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
My programming is done by the one and only Proving Grounds DGA (ProvingGroundsDGA.com). Its good stuff and gets me where I need to be.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Played baseball at East Tennessee State. I got into a bunch of stuff after baseball and before CrossFit such as natural bodybuilding, MMA, strongman, table tennis, and so on. Lets just say I'm very thankful I stumbled onto CrossFit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I began coaching shortly after I started CrossFit and have been fortunate enough to just open my own box (CrossFit West Cobb) as of January 25th 2013. Without CrossFit I'm not really sure what I would be doing right now but I am sure it wouldn't have had the impact that CrossFit has had on my life. I love to workout and love to coach even more.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
My favorite part of CrossFit is the rest days!!
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I have been doing Crossfit since December of 2011 and haven't looked back.
