I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My first workout was Cindy in my one car garage in 2008. I got 10 rounds with jumping pull-ups and knee push ups. It was miserable, but I was hooked.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
For 10+ months I took it easy due to pregnancy and it was so worth it! I have the coolest kid in the world. I now have even more respect for moms who CrossFit!
