My Experience With CrossFit
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I first experienced Crossfit in 2003 while I was in the Navy. My friends and i would do Chelsea in the alley behind out house in Pacific Beach to recover from a hard night. Crossfit didn't make it into the official NSW training regimen for another three or four more years but a lot of us picked it up along the way.

I usually only do 1 workout a day
