I fill in Coach at the box I train at. It is mainly to take the CrossFit Kids classes when the other guys can't make it and I really enjoy it. Challenge balancing it with a full time job though.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I had been going to a "globo" gym for years and had become disillusioned with it all and only really stumbled on to CrossFit in a passing conversation with an acquaintence. I looked it up after that, did a few work outs and decided to do my Level 1. I was hooked and haven't looked back, only wish I had found it much earlier in life.
