How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
This year I moved away from paleo in favour of flexible eating, counting macros and allowing more carbs into my diet. This has changed my performance and my body comp like nothing else I had tried before.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course

I train other people
I train out of CrossFit Lions with a group of like minded driven people, our comp team mostly follows Ben Bergeron Competitors training since September 2015. That combined with input from our in-house coach, Chris Harrison.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
I also upped my volume this year with getting my health back after my head injury. Splitting my training into two sessions at least twice a week. Adding extra cardio and I ran another half marathon in August in my off season.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Started in 2008! Long in the tooth.
